Our Dogs - We Love Them Unconditionally
Our first Staffords were Phoebe and George, who were both born in 1997.
We had one litter of puppies from Phoebe and George, born October 1998. We kept one of the puppies, Naz, who we sadly lost in January 2008.
December 2006, we decided we would like to venture in to showing, and breeding again, and brought in some babies, namely, Reggie (born Dec'06), Jessie (born Jan'07), Elsie (born May'07) and Rosie (born Nov'07)- "YES" I know totally mad - 4 pups, not too bad though because Elsie lives with Kelly and her George, and the other's are with me, and my Phoebe.
We have had some success at showing, Reggie's first show, 1st Minor Puppy and Reserve Best Puppy in show, and a few other placements (for more information on our show success see link to champdogs). Elsie and Rosie have also had some show success. As we have a full on life style - with 3 grown up children and six grand children, week-ends can tend to be very busy. Eloise our eldest grand-daughter has also done some junior handling with Elsie and Rosie, and at our local stafford club won best new handling of the year (2008).
We feel this is a good interest for the grand-children and promotes their confidence.
But first and foremost, we have ensured that we have brought in good healthy, sound dogs - who are all clear of the heritary problems that are now affecting this breed. AND that the parents and our dogs, and our puppies are of sound tempermant and a good example of the breed.
